The Bar-Ilan Center for Research in Applied Cryptography and Cyber Security organizes the 11th BIU Winter School on Cryptography.
Where and when
The topic of the school will be Cryptography in a Quantum World and it will take place on February 14 - 17, 2021, on Zoom. The applications are opened until 7th of February and there is no registration fee. This is a great opportunity for students interested in the topic since the school will include an introduction to quantum cryptography and quantum computing. Furthermore, the lecturers are well-known experts from different universities and research centers in Israel, France and the USA: Rotem Arnon-Friedman, Alex Grilo, Thomas Vidick, Henry Yuen, Mark Zhandry.
Contents and further details
The school will start with a crash course on the first day, to continue with lectures on Quantum Key Distribution and Security Reductions, Delegation in the Quantum World and Security Reductions, Protocols and Quantum Random Oracles.
